yes it does, just go to http://rarlabs.com and pick the download for english (so far everyone here speaks english) thendownload and install it. then download the update and extract the files into the install location (default is C:\Program Files\Chaos Theory) and then say yes to replace all the files then when it finishes you are good to go.
